Bali, known as the Island of the Gods, is a place where spirituality is part of everyday life. Its temples, traditions, and connection to nature are deeply rooted in Tri Hita Karana, the Balinese philosophy of living in harmony with God, with one another, and with nature.
This harmony is also reflected in Ngeruak, a traditional Balinese ceremony performed before building on a piece of land. It is a respectful ritual to prepare and purify the land before construction begins, acknowledging the relationship between the land, its people, and the spiritual world.
Vasana Estates designs and builds residences across Bali. Carrying every project ourselves, from the first sketch to the final handover, so quality, cost, and timeline stay in one pair of hands.

Vasana Estates is a design and build company based in Ubud, Bali. We prioritize the concept of harmony and eco-living, because as young Balinese people we care deeply about preserving local harmony and culture. We're wary of development that overlooks that balance, which is why Vasana Estates exists: to move with the times through property investment that still respects the land it stands on.
We take on residential projects in full. Architectural design, construction, and property investment guidance so nothing is lost in handoffs between separate firms. The same people who draw the plans oversee the pour, the framing, and the final finish, favouring natural materials, open volumes, and a quiet respect for the land each home sits on.
